Pearce headed to Columbus, MS for his first trip to the river for the 4th of July!
Aunt Cayce came to visit before we left for the river. Notice the wetness on the Bjorn..Pearce likes to put everything in his mouth now, including his Bjorn!
Pearce took a bath so he could be smelling good for the trip to the river.
He wore his turtles smock (compliments of Mac Michaelson) to the river, because he thought he might just see some down there.

Happy boy. Pearce got all dressed up in his seersucker bathing suit and sailboat hat. He was looking super preppy for the occasion.
Daddy and Pearce on the porch. Gotta love a t-shirt with the sleeve cut off....right?? Ryan informs me that it is patriotic, because it has a flag on the back. I tend to have different thoughts on this clothing item.
