Exciting News and Answered Prayers

My nephew Carter is going to have a LITTLE SISTER! My sister, Emily, is expecting a little baby girl in January. It will be the first girl baby in our family. Between us and our first cousins, there are 7 little boys! Emily had testing done to see if the baby girl has Cystic Fibrosis (as Carter does, it's genetic and there is a 25% chance that each baby will have the disease), and she does not! Better yet, she does not even carry the gene, so when she has her own children one day she won't have to worry about them having Cystic Fibrosis. She is a perfectly healthy baby girl! What a huge blessing for our family! We are soooooo excited!
